Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled

• Currently we are not taking deposits for confirmed bookings.
• In the event of a No-Show, the credit card given as guarantee for the booking will be debited with one night's accommodation at the prescribed rate.
• Montagu Vines shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of guests. This is in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) the policy can be found attached.
