The Olive Grove

350 olive trees were planted in 2010 consisting of 3 varieties:
175 Frantoio, 50 Mission and 125 Corantina.

In 2016 the first viable crop of olives were all pressed for olive oil, producing 130 litres of pure cold pressed extra virgin oil. Since then we have picked, pressed and preserved the olive harvest each year.

The olives and oil produced are bottled for sale and are also used in our guesthouse kitchen.
